Did you disconnect and reconnect the CPS? I've read that the connection can get dirty.

Also what is the exact description of the problem? A bad CPS the engine will turn over but won't start, or take a longer time to start.

I'm assuming it turns over but when you said a relay click I'm not thinking it's not even turning over. That wouldn't be a CPS issue.

Ahhh you may have a much simpler problem then. Could be the starter, the solenoid, relay. You could try jumping the posts between the solenoid and see if it turns over. Make sure the wheels are blocked before doing it!

Recently I also had a damn problem with a non-starting truck (I've got an 05 TJ). First I also had hard time diagnosing what exactly the problem is. A couple of days before it got completely stuck, it misfired. So first thing I thought of was spark plugs. So I took off the plugs, and everything seemed ok (at least visually). To be on the safe side, I replaced the plugs, still no luck. Finally a friend of mine, who came to help me out, adviced to switch the spark plug wires (https://www.carid.com/spark-plug-wires/), and it helped. Anyways, it is very frustrating when you cannot start the engine, as you always think of the worst cases... Luckily in our cases we managed to figure it out quickly.

Default Keys Down the Rabbit Hole

Two days ago I managed to slide my keys on the dashboard and they fell in the space between the dashboard and windshield. Any suggestions how best to get them back? Can I just pop the dashboard off?
